American Eagle Sentry’s Executive Vice President has more than thirty-five years of providing state-of-the-art security and law enforcement services. Rick Staly served as Undersheriff or second-in-command of the fourth largest law enforcement agency in Florida and the thirteenth largest sheriff’s office in the nation. He was employed as the Safety Services Manager and part of the 2001 opening team of a large resort hotel and convention center located near Orlando, Florida. This upscale resort and convention center consisted of a 400,000 sq ft convention center with more than 1,300 hotel rooms, restaurants and lounges. In 2003, he was employed as the security director for the most prestigious private gated golf course community in the Orlando area. This community with a private club is home to Fortune 500 CEO’s and professional athletes. In 2005, he accepted a position as the Chief Security Officer for an international development company. He was responsible for all corporate investigations and security operations in all upscale communities in five states, the Bahamas and projects under development. In 2009, he became a managing partner in American Eagle Sentry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rollins College and a Master of Science degree from the University of Louisville, as well as having graduated from the FBI National Academy. He holds Diplomate status by the American Board of Law Enforcement Experts and Level V (highest) certification in Homeland Security. He is a Director with the Florida Association of Security Companies (FASCO), a member of the Florida Police Chief’s Association, and a member of the Florida Sheriff’s Association. He is also a life member of the International Association of Chief’s of Police and a lifetime member of the National Sheriff’s Association. He serves on the Board of Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida as president-elect and as a committee member on the Florida Police Chief’s Public /Private Partnership committee. He is a member of the Law Enforcement Advisory Board for KinderVision and has testified before the Florida Senate committee on police use of force. He has received numerous awards including the Medal of Valor and Purple Heart when he was shot while saving the life of a deputy sheriff. He has been a featured lecturer on Homeland Security issues and recently participated in a homeland security mission in Israel. He has held the position as President of Colman-Staly Agency since 2000. This is an expert witness, security and law enforcement consulting company established in 1981.

American Eagle Sentry’s President and CFO has more than twenty years in resort hospitality, accounting and community property management. After a successful career in the hospitality industry in resort front desk operations, customer service and major account coordination she went into government service. Debbie managed all accounting services for an elected official’s office and multi-million dollar budget. She was later hired by an international developer as a special project coordinator where she also provided accounting services in their property management division. She became a managing member and President/CFO of American Eagle Sentry in 2009.

Director Doyle served more than 26 years in law enforcement with the Flagler County Sheriff's Office and the Daytona Beach Police Department. During his career with Daytona Beach Police he excelled in investigations. He was one of four investigators selected for a countywide Homicide Unit established by the 7th Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office solving many high profile murder cases. He was later promoted to sergeant, and served as the Deputy Shift Commander. He received many awards including: Florida Lions Officer of the Year for 2003, Medal of Merit and Medal of Honor. Upon retiring from active law enforcement, Director Doyle became the Security Director for a Wyndham Resort. In 2010, Director Doyle joined American Eagle Sentry as Northeast Florida Region Security Director.

 

Central Florida Region – Director Garold Williams

Director Williams has over 500 hours of specialized training including FBI Crisis Negotiations and is currently attending college to obtain a degree in Business Management. He is an honor graduate of the U.S. Army Military Police Advanced NCO class. He served in the U.S. Army for twenty years and was deployed in Operation Iraqi Freedom, establishing the first joint police station in Baghdad, Iraq. During his distinguished military career he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, six U.S. Army Commendation Medals, four Achievement Medals and six Good Conduct Medals. Upon retiring from the Army as a Sergeant First Class, he entered the private security field. Before joining AES he served as a manager and Captain of Guards with Akal Security. He was responsible for supervising up to 295 armed security officers at thirteen posts throughout Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield in Georgia. He has been the security Director at Reunion Resort since 2006 and Central Florida Region Director for American Eagle Sentry since 2009.
