Use the online incident reporting feature to file an incident report that does not need immediate response. If you would like security to immediately respond please call the security dispatch number for your community. If this is an EMERGENCY please call 911 first and then call your security dispatch number.

If you live at a property we provide patrol services too and are leaving for a long period of time complete the information requested and our patrol officers will check your residence or business while you're away.

American Eagle Sentry requires our employees to provide your community or business concierge level security services. These services are delivered with integrity and our S.T.A.A.R.S. standards.

Commendations

There is no greater form of recognition an employee can receive than a compliment from those they have assisted and delivered our service standards to. A few words of thanks means a great deal. In cases where a phone call, letter or email of appreciation is received, the employee and their leadership team are made aware of the outstanding performance. A copy of the letter is then placed in the employee's personnel file and if appropriate, a commendation and further recognition is awarded by AES corporate offices. Concerns

Our goal is to deliver what we promise. It is critical for us to know any concerns you have in regards to our employees and service. In cases where a phone call, letter or email with a concern is received a prompt and thorough investigation will be conducted.
